Research

2017-Present Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions IF Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Physics in University of Balearic Islands, Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Working on understanding the factors that contribute to a realistic simulation of high-resolution precipitation in the tropics using convection-permitting atmosphere-ocean coupled models.

2016-2017 Postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Atmospheric Sciences in the School of Ocean and Earth Science and Technology (SOEST) at the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, Honolulu, HI (United States). Working with Prof. Steven Businger on the representation of O'ahu's wind climatological features using high-resolution regional climate models for wind power generation purposes.

2011-2016 Postdoctoral research fellow at the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate System Science and the Climate Change Research Centre at the University of New South Wales in Sydney (Australia). Working with Dr. Jason Evans on dynamical downscaling of Global Climate Models and the impact of climate change at regional scales over Southeastern Australia as part of the NARCliM project
