TEDx Talk at “Turn the World Around”

This is my TEDx talk that the event “Turn the world around” organised by Universidad de Loyola Andalucía in Seville (Spain) in January 2020. I talked about the evidences of climate change and why we find it so hard to understand the challenge we are facing. The talk is entitled “A world of evidence” (“Un mundo de evidencias” in Spanish). It was a great experience to participate in and the perfect opportunity to learn from some amazing speakers such as Alexis Díaz Pimienta and Fernando Iwasaki. Interview at IB3 on the climate stripes for Balearic Islands

After we created the Warming Stripes (originally conceived by Ed Hawkins from University of Reading) for the Balearic Islands, I got interviewed at IB3 in their show “Els Dematins” to talk about the meaning of these warming stripes and the effects of climate change on the Balearic Islands. The video was posted in the show’s website .


Heat waves in New South Wales, Australia

This video was created by the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage and UNSW as part of the NARCliM project to explain the impacts of heat waves in New South Wales, Australia. It is part of a series where scientists explain the how climate change may manifest at regional scales in different ways, including floods, fire weather and urban heat island among others.
